Shipping times for regular service are 10-15 business days. BLTNM accepts no responsibility for delays in customs processes. Some countries may experience extended shipping times due to exceptional shipping requirements.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Refunds
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not offer exchanges, cancellations or returns. If there is a special case where you receive the wrong item, damaged item or we no longer have the item you ordered in stock, we will offer you an exchange.
